Aditya Sen is a highly experienced barrister who practices in Indian and UK courts. His areas of expertise include arbitration, banking, Chancery (general), commercial (including cross border and private) litigation, corporate fraud, foreign (Indian) law, International trade, Partnerships, professional negligence, and mediation.

Called 1977.Having previously worked in a top firm of chartered accountants, Aditya manages a busy practice in India (Delhi and Kolkata). He practices in all High Courts in India and in the Supreme Court. He advises clients in the UK, India, the Far east and Middle East on Indian law, particularly in commercial matters.

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Member of the Bar Library Club in Kolkata High Court and the Supreme Court Bar Association.
