Position

Georgia joined Chambers in 2017 and became a tenant after completion of her 12-month pupillage in 2018. She is currently seconded to the Regulatory team at Kingsley Napley until December 2019.

Georgia has regularly appeared in the Youth, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, both in trials and appeals. She has experience of dealing with vulnerable clients and witnesses, including children and/or those with mental health problems, learning difficulties or autism. Georgia has represented individuals at trial for a broad range of offences, including Fraud, Robbery, Sexual Assault and Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs.

Georgia accepts instructions in all of Chambers’ main practice areas, including Local Authority prosecutions. Georgia appeared as a led junior for the prosecution in a publicised case of fraudulent trading. She is particularly interested in developing her Regulatory practice and has experience of fitness to practice proceedings.
