Gavin predominantly practises in the field of Family Law: child protection work and financial remedy proceedings. He is regularly instructed by local authorities, by parents, and by Children’s Guardians.

In 2013 Gavin qualified as a registered lawyer with the FA (Football Association) and represents professional footballers in all areas of contract negotiation and drafting.
