Emma-Louise Fenelon has a broad practice and is sought after for her experience in sensitive and challenging cases. She has particular expertise in Inquests, Public Inquiries, Clinical Negligence, Child Abuse Compensation, Personal Injury and Human Rights. She is recommended as a Leading Junior by Chambers and Partners and as a Rising Star by the Legal 500.

Emma acts for a wide range of clients including claimants, bereaved families, NHS Trusts, individual doctors, companies, charities and NGOs. She is a member of the Attorney General’s C Panel.
