Rachel is an experienced Family Law practitioner, representing parents, children and Local Authorities in Public and Private Family Law proceedings.

Before being called to the Bar, Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and practiced for 9 years specialising in Public Family Law, undertaking extensive advocacy as a solicitor. Rachel was awarded Higher Rights of Audience by the Law Society before transferring to the Bar and joining chambers in August 2018. Rachel is thus a dual qualified practitioner, remaining on the roll of solicitors but now practising as a barrister.
Rachel has considerable experience working on cases that include complex and conflicting medical evidence, allegations of sexual abuse, fabricated or induced illness, non-accidental injury and domestic abuse.
She also represents parties in high conflict private law cases involving parental alienation, domestic violence and contact disputes, often requiring fact-finding hearings.
