Cases include: R (on the application of Baiai v Secretary of State [2008] (House of Lords); Singh v Secretary of State Home Department [2008] (Court of Appeal); GOO v SSHD [2008]; R v Newcastle City Council (2010) (right to open air cremation); ZT (Kosovo) v Sec State Home Dpt (2009), HL.
