Position

Grace joins Chambers as a probationary tenant having undertaken pupillage at another leading set. Her practice largely consists of criminal defence but a small amount of prosecution work as a grade 1 prosecutor, she has prosecuted appeals, various hearings in the Crown Court and on behalf of the insolvency agency. She also case presents on behalf of the Nursing and Midwifery Council dealing with interim orders and substantive order hearings.

Grace has a particular interest and focus on youth justice, serious crime, and terrorism matters. She is keen to develop a practice in international crime dealing with matters that require prosecution or defence at the International Criminal Court or African Court on Human Rights and Peoples’ Rights, for those charged with war crimes or crimes against humanity. She is also expanding her regulatory practice alongside her predominantly criminal practice.
