Francesca’s practice covers all aspects of matrimonial finance provision, with a particular interest in cases involving farms and landed estates and the associated issues of inherited wealth and trusts, together with complex corporate and tax structures. Francesca has an expanding practice in cases with an international element, in which her linguistic skills can often be deployed. Francesca is recognised for her commitment to her clients and for her constructive yet robust approach. Francesca is also instructed in private law residence and contact disputes, often in entrenched cases involving sensitive cultural and religious issues, alcohol/drugs misuse and matters in which there is contested psychological or psychiatric evidence.
