Peter Horgan

Peter has developed a busy and broadly based criminal practise with extensive experience in both defending and prosecuting including cases of murder, causing death by dangerous driving, firearms, arson, serious sexual offences and drug conspiracies. He is a level 4 Prosecutor on the CPS Advocates Panel. Peter regularly acts for the GMC in cases before the Fitness to Practise panel involving all aspects of professional misconduct. Such cases often involve sensitive subject matter and have to be handled with particular care. He also appears on behalf of commercial clients in cases prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive in both the Magistrates and Crown Court.
