Caragh has a broad public law practice with an emphasis on Equality and Discrimination, Public Inquiries, Community Care and Court of Protection.

She is currently instructed as Junior Counsel to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry.

Prior to coming to the Bar Caragh practised as a solicitor (Scots law qualified) and was a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard Law School where she specialised in International Human Rights.
