Tessa’s team handles the full range of personal injury claims, mainly focusing on claimant work.

Her practice is primarily focussed on sensitive cases dealing with clients who may need a considerable amounts of support and care through the process.  Many of these clients have sustained injuries that have a profound impact of their daily lives and future prospects. Tessa is committed to ensuring that her clients receive as much support and guidance as necessary.

Tessa has considerable experience in dealing with employer’s liability, occupier’s liability, public liability, road traffic, criminal injury and product liability matters. Additionally Tessa has a particular specialism in clinical and dental negligence and cosmetic surgery claims.

Tessa is committed to the care of her clients, ensuring that they receive the specialist and exceptional legal advice expected. She ensures that her approach is innovative; tailored to the unique needs of each client.  She is empathetic towards the impact that incidents can have on clients and their families.
