Gemma has 20 years’ experience in debt recovery including enforcement of Judgments and insolvency proceedings, leasehold recovery and litigation.

She has significant expertise in dealing with high volume debt and leasehold recovery work for organisations in both the private and public sectors, and across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Gemma often advises professional service firms on the collection of their debts and in relation to all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency processes. She also works with a number of large organisations to recover unpaid invoices and service charge and rent arrears.

Gemma qualified as a Member of the Institute for Legal Executives (ILEx) in June 2005 and became an ILEx Fellow in August 2007.
