She has significant expertise dealing with high volume debt recovery work for organisations in both the private and public sectors, and across a diverse range of industry sectors, with a particular emphasis on professional service firms.

Gemma often advises professional service firms on the collection of their debts and in relation to all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency processes. She also works with a number of large organisations to recover unpaid invoices and service charge and rent arrears.

Works with the wider Debt Recovery team to aid Canon in the pursuit of debtors using pre-action methods.

Worked alongside the Debt Recovery team to assist BDO LLP with the recovery of their unpaid professional services fees, employee loans and overpayment of salaries.
