Romy has experience in working on a range of commercial disputes, including banking disputes, general contractual disputes, negligence claims, distributorship agreement disputes, high value debt recovery claims, professional negligence claims, defamation related disputes and applications in relation to failures or errors in registrations at Companies House.

Work highlights:

Acting for a banking client in a dispute relating to an alleged breach of the Quincecare duty with a claim value of around £1.5m.

Acting for a winery in relation to breaches of a supplier agreement.
