Cathy is a highly experienced Partner working in DMH Stallard's Real Estate development team. She supports clients across a full range of property development matters, acting for land owners selling property for development, for developers, and for property promoters.

Cathy works primarily in our Guildford office, but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.

Work highlights Acted for land owners in relation to the sale of farmland for residential development, conditional on planning and complex overage provisions resulting in a return of over £25m. Acted for a promoter negotiating with a third party land owner to secure land for bio-diversity net gain, to enable a large residential development in the vicinity. Acted for a consortium of land owners over a number of years to sell land to developers in tranches; working with a multi-disciplinary team from within and outside DMH Stallard, including planners, tax specialists, accountants and commercial agents.
