AZ v BY [2024] EWHC 1847 (Comm) – acting (led by Sa’ad Hossain KC) for the seller of liquified natural gas cargoes in an arbitration dispute, engaging questions of the construction of arbitral awards and the doctrine of functus officio. FWA v VietJet – acting (with Lord Wolfson KC, Alexander Milner KC, and Giles Robertson) for the defendant in a claim arising from four aircraft leasing transactions.
