He is often instructed in commercial claims with an employment or regulatory ‘twist’ and in partnership disputes involving competition issues. He has very substantial experience of financial services sector litigation. His clients range from hedge funds, IDBs, investment banks, insurers and regulators to individuals. He is routinely instructed in claims involving applications for urgent injunctive relief, multi-jurisdictional conspiracies, team moves, employee fraud, confidential information actions and bonus claims.
