His practice is in financial crime, general crime and professional and regulatory law. He is used to dealing with vulnerable and young witnesses. He has specialist knowledge in drug and pharmaceutical matters, having qualified and practiced as a pharmacist. He has extensive experience of healthcare practice and hearings before the professional fitness to practice tribunals. He is experienced in personal injury and health and safety law and he understands technical evidence. Charles is often instructed as he is able to bring a fresh and novel approach to a case, is dogged, and has the will to win.
