Mark is ranked as a leader at the bar in both crime and fraud in the last five editions of Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. He prosecutes and defends the most serious and complex criminal cases. In recent years he has been advising companies and individuals facing investigations of alleged regulatory and/or criminal misconduct relating to their business activities.

Mark was Chairman of the Criminal Bar Association from September 2015 - September 2016.
