Position

Camilla ter Haar has a broad practice which combines international and domestic, commercial and construction law. Camilla has a practice in public inquiry work and recently acted as junior counsel to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. Camilla has experience of and expertise in international arbitration, particularly in relation to disputes arising out of construction and infrastructure projects.

Career

Called 2005, Inner Temple. Publications include: Remedies in Construction Law, Informa Law, 2010, the third edition of which will be published in late 2024; and “An Opinion on the Land Rights of Malaysian Orang Asli” with Schona Jolly and Fernanda Venzon, [2012] 1 LNS (A) xlii. Camilla has recently co-edited The Law of Net Zero and Nature Positive, to be published by the London Publishing Partnership in early 2025.
