Personal Injury; Clinical Negligence; LGSH

Position

Having seen the disrepair that so many tenants must live with, Hedley considers housing disrepair to be a hugely important area of practice.  He is highly experienced in fast-track and multi-track housing disrepair claims. Hedley now dedicates the vast majority of his practice time to this area of law, such is its importance to him.

Having spent many years as a solicitor before joining the Bar in 2016, Hedley has a very strong understanding of his instructing solicitor’s needs.

Understanding the complexity of housing disrepair claims, Hedley welcomes early engagement with his instructing solicitors and clients so that an extremely thorough pleading can be prepared to offer all parties the strongest prospect of an early resolution.

Given Hedley’s many years of experience and his strong reputation as an advocate, he is well placed to represent clients at interlocutory hearings and trial.

Hedley is happy to offer training to his instructing solicitor firms which can be discussed with him directly.  As a growing area of law, Hedley recognises that many solicitors and practitioners have transitioned from other areas of law and welcome housing disrepair specific training.
