Lee is a very experienced advocate with an unusual mixed practice encompassing both family finance and personal injury/clinical negligence work. Both of those areas require a rigorous approach to analysis of documents; an understanding and sympathetic approach to the needs of the lay client; and a forensic ability to advance or to defend financial claims. He is particularly good in matrimonial cases which involve physical or mental disability and in civil cases where there are unusual or strained family dynamics.
