Position

David was called to the bar in 2014 and became a tenant at Exchange Chambers following the completion of his pupillage under David Mohyuddin KC. David has a commercial/ Chancery practice that includes insolvency (corporate and personal), contract and tort. His clients include banks, insolvency practitioners, multi-national corporations and small businesses. He has an excellent rapport with solicitors and clients. He is considered to be thorough in his preparation, hard-working and good on his feet. Examples of David’s recent work include:

Fast-track and multi-track trials dealing with a wide range of contractual disputes Applications in the Chancery Applications list (e.g. dealing with company administrations and applications to rescind winding up orders) Costs and Case Management hearings and interim applications (e.g. strike out, summary judgment) Acting and advising on a variety of insolvency matters (e.g. setting aside statutory demands, office-holder remuneration applications)
