Position

Lee is an experienced advocate with a mixed practice encompassing personal injury and family work.

The majority of Lee’s practice is in personal injury and he regularly acts for both claimants and defendants in fast track and multi track cases, encompassing a range of matters including employers’ liability, public liability, road traffic accidents, credit hire, military claims and CICA appeals.

In his family practice, Lee regularly acts in private law cases involving contact, residence and prohibitive steps orders and has experience of financial relief and enforcement of court orders, including through committal proceedings.

Lee adopts a personal approach with his clients, and is renowned for his meticulous level  of preparation and attention to detail.
