Greville has a first from Cambridge, and a doctorate from Oxford, both in philosophy, and was a tutor at Oxford for several years before coming to the bar. He is a scholar of King’s College Cambridge, a Senior Scholar of Somerville College Oxford, and he did the law conversion course at City University in 2001, where he won the university’s equity prize.
