Experience of unfair dismissal; discrimination cases; TUPE; whistleblowing; employee status disputes; maternity claims; wages and breach of contract claims.Probate and Inheritance: Advocacy, drafting, and advice across the whole range of probate work, including contentious probate, Inheritance Act claims, trusts claims, and actions relating to the administration of estates.Property: particularly landlord and tenant and trusts disputes, but also matters such as restrictive covenants, agricultural law, and leasehold enfranchisement.
