Paula has extensive experience of cases involving:

• all areas relating to the making of care and supervision orders
• adoption
• secure accommodation and the deprivation of liberty
• protection against forced marriage and FGM.
• wardship
• capacity – in relation to children, young people, and adults
• unlawful removal from the jurisdiction
• placement of children in foreign jurisdictions.

An increasingly significant proportion of her work involves cases of serious harm with parallel criminal proceedings and/or complex medical issues. Paula’s practice also encompasses work in the Court of Protection.
