Position

Max Lansman specialises in employment, housing, local government, Court of Protection and child protection law. He also maintains a mixed civil law practice.

Max is passionate about employment rights and frequently acts for under-represented groups and on a pro bono basis. He accepts instructions from individuals and businesses in all aspects of employment law including:

contract claims (including confidentiality and restrictive covenant claims);
discrimination, harassment and victimisation on all protected grounds
enforcement
