Position

Daniel is a commercial junior with a broad practice, with particular interest and experience in banking and insurance work. Much of his practice is international in nature and involves issues of conflicts of laws. Daniel is equally happy working as part of a team or as sole counsel and regularly appears unled in the County Court and the High Court.

Education

Daniel graduated from Oxford University with a First in Classics and received a Henry Fellowship at Yale University. He then completed an accelerated degree in Law at Oxford, taking a First and receiving the Elton Davies Scholarship and the Dickey Scholarship. He was subsequently a teaching fellow at Jesus College, Oxford, in Tort Law.
