Position

Barrister specialising in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in civil fraud, commercial contracts, banking and financial services, conflict of laws and jurisdiction, international arbitration and aviation. Recent practise includes acting in the major Palladian Partners & Ors v the Republic of Argentina sovereign bond litigation and a suite of actions brought against Aston Martin Lagonda Limited by a former shareholder and owner of distribution rights for Aston Martin vehicles in the Middle East.
