Position

Abid has appeared in some of the leading cases in his preferred areas of practice over 25 years. These include successful appearances at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and at the former House of Lords. Additionally, he has appeared in scores of Court of Appeal cases. His High Court and other work is extensive across England and Wales.

Abid also sits as a part time Judge in the Crown Court, County Court and Tribunals.
