Has particular interest in cases involving abuse to children, also represents children in complex cases when instructed by NYAS. General criminal practitioner, including all aspects of regulatory crime and criminal law in Magistrates and Crown Courts and in the Court of Appeal. Experience includes large-scale public and football disorders, complex drug related offences, dishonesty, serious violence, fraud, and POCA cases. Has interest in acting in cases spanning both jurisdictions including sexual offences within the family, child cruelty, baby shaking and domestic violence and in representing those with communication difficulties, using intermediaries.
