Catherine Rose
Catherine is a highly regarded junior with a practice prosecuting and defending serious and complex cases, with a particular focus on serious violence and organised crime.
Her recent caseload incudes Murder (led junior), Perverting the Course of Justice (led junior), Conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs (led junior and junior alone), Fraud (led junior and junior alone),  Armed Robbery, Witness Intimidation, Attempted Kidnapping and Criminal Damage with Intent to Endanger Life. She has experience in the Court of Appeal and in international matters.
A tenacious advocate, she meticulously prepares each case and is formidable in court. Her submissions are described by an instructing solicitor as “the product of detailed and comprehensive consideration of the evidence and the tactical approach to be taken to meeting it”. Catherine is hardworking and responsive, offering a high level of client care. Her down to earth manner enables her to build an easy rapport with clients and she is described as adept at handling clients “with professionalism and compassion”.
