Career

Pupillage at Deka Chambers under Nicolas Hillier and Grahame Aldous QC, called in 1994. Broad common law practice for 7 years, including extensive criminal work, before concentrating on personal injury and clinical negligence. Now a well-established and very experienced senior junior used to cases of high value and complexity, almost exclusively in the High Court. Regularly instructed alone against Silks and led by Silks in Chambers. Pragmatic and commercial approach to litigation with a particular ability to get on with clients and opponents alike.
