Position

Ben Rodgers is a personal injury and clinical negligence specialist.

He has expertise in maritime accidents, insolvent defendants / insurance cover, accidents abroad, companies/insolvency, mental capacity, quantum in serious and fatal injury claims, limitation, assaults, psychiatric injury claims and road traffic insurance.

Career

Ben is a civil practitioner with experience across a wide range of areas. Most of his time is taken up with personal injury and clinical negligence work, consisting predominantly of multitrack claims, and in particular cases with significant procedural or technical issues, or complex medical evidence. He is a junior editor of Kemp and Kemp. Ben advises and represents clients in a broad variety of commercial, construction, police, professional negligence and property cases. These include building disputes, contractual disputes, property disputes, service charge disputes, trespass to goods, and general debt recovery and enforcement.
