Position

Barrister specialising in property litigation and general Chancery. Represents and advises both financial institutions and other parties in courts and tribunals concerning land transactions (especially mortgages and Land Registration Act claims), wills and succession disputes, pension schemes and professional negligence claims. She also undertakes cases concerning environmental protection, listed buildings and conservation areas and property-related rights under the European Convention on Human Rights.
