Position

Daniel accepts instructions for advisory, drafting and court work in all of Chambers’ main practice areas. In particular Daniel is instructed by businesses to advise on all aspects of Financial Regulation and he represents a wide range of banks and financial institutions in disputes relating to the enforceability and the enforcement of credit and related agreements. Daniel has been involved with a number of securitisations and acquisitions and has experience of reviewing credit documentation. Daniel has particular specialism advising on legal issues affecting the motor industry. Additionally, Daniel has considerable experience of Regulatory defence and prosecution work and regularly appears in the Crown Court. Daniel is authorised to accept Direct Access instructions and will act on this basis for businesses and professionals.
