Adam is a specialist in financial services disputes. He is regularly instructed on high profile and complex disputes for financial regulators, both in the UK and overseas, including appearances for the Financial Conduct Authority in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the High Court. He also advises private clients on regulatory matters and is regularly instructed by banks.
