Called 1975; CEDR-accredited mediator; chartered arbitrator; contributor to ‘Banking Litigation’ (Sweet & Maxwell, 2017; ‘Bullen & Leake’s Precedents of Pleadings’ (IT disputes, Sweet & Maxwell, 2008); ‘Expert Determination’ (Sweet & Maxwell, 2001, 2008, and 2015), ‘Electronic Evidence’ (2012); former chair of the disciplinary tribunal of the British Computer Society.
