Position

Rebecca has a decade of experience in commercial disputes, with a particular specialty in banking and finance, civil fraud and international arbitration.  Rebecca is regularly instructed as junior counsel in complex and high-value arbitrations and litigation.   She also acts as sole counsel across a range of disputes in the Commercial Court, Chancery Division and in arbitration.

In 2019, Rebecca was appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.

Career

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor (2010 Australia, 2015 England) and has practised in litigation and international arbitration at leading national and international law firms in Sydney and London.
