Position
Robin specialises in planning and environment: local government law: public law and property. He regularly appears at inquiries and in the High Court on behalf of private clients and local authorities. Robin also appears in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) in property and compensation cases. Robin is frequently asked to advise on legal problems straddling his main practice areas, as well as on tactical and evidential issues. He takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to litigation.
