Position

Arlette's practice consists of criminal defence work, trial and appellate, with particular emphasis on fraud and crimes of serious violence, armed robbery and firearms offences, drugs related offences and representing young offenders and gang members.

Career

Called 1990.

Before coming to the Bar, Arlette worked for a number of years in the House of Commons as a researcher and campaigns officer for a member of the Shadow Cabinet.

Memberships

Criminal Bar Association Board member of ‘Rights International’, a small public interest pressure group which litigates individual human rights cases in international forums.

LLB Law First Class Hons Visiting Scholar University of California Berkeley.
