Past year: Andrew successfully appeared with Andrew Arden QC for the local authority in Redpath v Swindon BC [2009] EWCA Civ 943, which concerned local authorities powers to apply for anti-social behaviour injunctions under the Housing Act 1996. he continues to develop his practice in all aspects of housing law and has become a committee member of the Property Bar Association.
