Position

Dominic is a family law specialist who also has expertise in dealing with disputes involving co-owned property. He is regularly instructed by intervenors in matrimonial finance cases.

He is a leading junior in matrimonial finance cases who has been ranked in band 2 in Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. He has particular experience of dealing with financial remedy cases involving pre-nuptial agreements, international elements including jurisdiction disputes and other potentially complicating factors such as trusts (both UK and international), bankruptcy, partnerships and companies.

Whilst matrimonial finance cases are a principal area of practice, Dominic also has significant experience of Children Act disputes (both Private and Public Law) and Schedule 1 Children Act Cases.

After attending Oxford University (Worcester College), Dominic studied to be an actor and theatre director at Webber Douglas Academy in London. He was called to the Bar having been awarded an Asbury Scholarship and a Harmsworth Exhibition by Middle Temple.
