Position

Sarah accepts instructions in all areas family law and has experience in all stages of proceedings.

Sarah regularly represents clients who are involved proceedings brought under the Children Act 1989 and is instructed for all types of hearing, including FHDRAs, DRAs, directions hearings, fact-finding hearings and final hearings. Sarah has particular experience of representing parties in cases involving allegations of domestic violence and abuse.

Sarah frequently acts in applications under the Family Law Act 1996 on behalf of both applicants and respondents.  She has extensive experience of applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders and of the different types of hearing, including without notice hearings, return dates, directions hearings and final hearings.
