Position

Family: Michael has experience in ancillary relief and conducting all matters in relation to the Children Act.

Crime: Michael is an experienced Crown Court advocate having conducted Crown Court trials for offences of theft, burglary, handling stolen goods, robbery, violent crimes and many drugs offences. Michael also advises and prosecutes for Customs, Probation Service, Child Support Agency and Department for Work and Pensions. Michael also appears for defendants in a variety of motoring cases.
