Barrister practising in product liability (including pharmaceutical and medical device litigation); commercial law and arbitration; personal injury; landlord and tenant including covenant enforceability and leasehold enfranchisement; commercial property including 1954 Act work, dilapidation claims, mortgages and easements; health and safety; human rights; insurance; professional negligence cases involving solicitors, architects, brokers, surveyors and valuers; general contract and tort; has appeared before a variety of tribunals, including the House of Lords and Court of Appeal, and has advocacy experience as a junior in a range of High Court litigation. Before taking silk Malcolm was junior counsel to the Crown (‘A’ panel) by the Attorney General and is a part-time Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Land Registration).
