Career

Called in 2014. Christopher practises in all areas of Chambers’ work, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and arbitration, health & safety, public and EU, consumer credit and product liability. He is regularly instructed both as a junior and in his own right, appearing in the County and Crown Courts. Prior to pupillage he worked as a paralegal specialising in health and safety and financial regulatory law, and has been involved in a number of international commercial arbitrations since taking tenancy. He has assisted senior counsel in advising foreign clients on matters relating to EU competition law and Article 6 ECHR (the right to a fair trial), as well as advising in his own right on the so-called 'right to be forgotten' and the EU Data Protection law.

Education

Christopher graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge with a double first in English. He came top of his year for the CPE in Legal Studies at LSBU, and was graded Very Competent for the BPTC at BPP law school. He is also an accredited mediator.
