With a broad practice spanning commercial litigation, arbitration and commercial chancery litigation, David regularly acts in cases involving allegations of civil fraud, financial services litigation, breach of directors’ duties, shareholder disputes, in particular minority shareholder (unfair prejudice) matters, as well as in joint ventures, partnership and commercial agency disputes.
