Position

Cameron specialises in property and private client disputes. His property practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential property and he has considerable experience in cross-over private client disputes relating to succession, trusts of land and proprietary estoppel.

In addition to the County Court and High Court, Cameron regular appears in the First-tier Tribunal dealing with land registration and residential service charge disputes and has appeared in a number of cases concerning the recoverability and reasonableness of charges relating to cladding and related fire safety issues.

Cameron is one of the co-authors of the newest edition to Class Legal’s popular dictionary series Dictionary of TLATA and Inheritance Act Claims (2023).
