Julie Mackenzie is a highly experienced and skilled family practitioner. Julie is an accomplished horsewoman with a detailed and intuitive understanding of rural issues. She is the acclaimed author of Horse Law and has forged long standing relationships with vets and other equine experts giving her a particular grasp and understanding of horse related problems.
